The following two safari options follow the same route and combine intriguing cultures, beautiful landscapes and an excellent opportunity for spotting the Big-5. Safari Routing

01 Transfer to your hotel upon arrival.
02 Morning depart to Masai Mara. Lunch and afternoon game drive.
03 Morning and afternoon game drives.
04 Morning drive to Lake Nakuru. Lunch and afternoon game drive.
05 Drive to Amboseli, lunch and afternoon game drive.

07 Morning drive to Arusha, lunch and continue to Lake Manyara.
08 Morning game drive, lunch, then continue to Serengeti with game-viewing en route to the lodge.

10 Drive via Olduvai Gorge to Ngorongoro Crater with a picnic lunch en route.
11 Game-viewing in the Crater followed by lunch at the lodge. Afternoon Maasai village visit or nature walk.
12 Drive to Tarangire for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
13 Drive to Arusha for lunch and continue to Nairobi for dinner at the Carnivore. Transfer for your onward travel arrangements.

Serena Lodges are one for surprises. Somewhere in this trip will be a few wonderful highlights, including bush meals, nature walks, tree-planting and some interaction with the Maasai and Samburu people.

Canoe Safari
Watching hippo, elephant and buffalo on Lake Manyara's shores from a canoe, provides an adventure not featured in many other safaris. These trips are in two-man canoes and last about two hours. They include a qualified guide, life jackets and a water pack.

MASAI MARA & TANZANIA SPECIAL

This safari combination is ideal for the visitor who wants to see both the Masai Mara, Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater in a relatively short safari. The Mara trip is on a fly-in, fly-out basis, followed by a road transfer to Tanzania for the safari there, returning by road to Nairobi at the end.

These road transfers can be switched to flight transfers at a small supplementary cost. The visitor can continue to Zanzibar from Arusha instead of returning to Nairobi.

The Mara Flying Safari can be extended by one or more days and can be taken before the Tanzania safari as per the itinerary, or afterwards, if preferred.

01 Arrive Nairobi, transfer on arrival to Safari Park Hotel for day at leisure and overnight on bed & breakfast basis.
02 Transfer to airport and fly to Masai Mara, lunch, PM game drive, dinner and overnight Mara Serena Lodge.
