Our scheduled safaris combine like minded travellers for a shared experience. Travelling as a group offers the benefits of reduced cost and is a great way to make new friends who share an enthusiasm for Africa.

We offer a number of departures each week with varying itineraries and accommodation to fit schedules and budgets. All of our scheduled programmes are also available on request as a private safari (at a slightly higher cost) and on a private basis, can operate on any date subject to availability of accommodation.

Some safaris such as the Simba Safari and Elewana SkySafari include overnights in Arusha to allow for arrival by an evening flight. The Simba safari does have an option to arrive on the day the group heads to Lake Manyara National Park, but arrival to Kilimanjaro National Park must be before 1230 hours as not to delay the other travellers. 

The Simba Safaris return from the bush to Arusha city centre by 1230. If you are extending to Zanzibar, it is possible to make a flight out of Arusha Airport that departs at 1245. If you are flying out of Kilimanjaro International Airport, the earliest flight you can make should depart at 1530 or later. In some cases, you may have to be provided with a picnic lunch as there will not be enough time to get lunch in Arusha before continuing to check in for your onward flight
