Once we have agreed all the details of your safari, Kilimanjaro climb, Zanzibar trip, flights and any other arrangements in Kenya an Tanzania, we will send you a final itinerary and quotation. This will be accompanied by a list of terms and conditions and a reservation form addressed to Elite Vacations Ltd. in the UK. We will then require you to return your agreement to the itinerary, quote and conditions and send a deposit of £100 (equivalent to approximately US$160) per person. The balance will be payable eight weeks before your departure date. If you are booking within eight weeks of your departure date, we will require full payments at the time of booking.

Elite Vacations Ltd. is a UK registered company, an associate company of Ranger Safaris and Pollmans Tours, and has full ATOL (Air Transport Operators License) and ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) bonding for clients' protection and security. Elite can accept payment by all major credit cards. All charges and invoices raised by Elite Vacations will be in £ sterling. If you have been quoted in US dollars, then the charge will be in £ sterling calculated at the rate of exchange prevailing on the day of the transaction as per the London Times.

Elite Vacation's terms and conditions include:
PAYMENT:
Deposit of £100 (equivalent to approximately US$160) per person payable on booking
Balance payable 8 weeks before departure.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
between booking and 56 days before departure there is a £100 (US$160) per person cancellation penalty (the amount of the deposit)
between 43 days and 56 days prior to departure there is a 30% cancellation penalty
between 29 days and 42 days prior to departure there is a 50% cancellation penalty
between 13 days and 28 days prior to departure there is a 75%cancellation penalty
between 1 day and 14 days prior to departure there is a 90% cancellation penalty
for cancellation on the last day, there is a 100% cancellation penalty

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We require that clients take out a travel insurance policy which will not only cover them against medical and other risks on the trip itself but provide cover against cancellation
(at least on medical grounds).
For UK residents only: Elite Vacations can provide suitable insurance.
